Venturo is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, confirm your email, protect your credentials, use your own account, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Venturo is an energy-intelligence workspace currently offering maps, production analysis, charts, reports, and related tools over the public Vaca Muerta dataset. The Sahara SQLite source remains immutable and read-only. Public data can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or revised and is not technical, financial, legal, environmental, or safety advice.

The current offer provides permanent free Tier 1 access. A paid Tier 2 subscription is Coming soon; an eligible person may request one manually approved seven-day trial. It starts on approval, requires no card, does not renew or convert to paid access, and falls back to Tier 1 at expiry. Tier 3 and Tier 4 are Coming soon.

You may not defeat security or access limits, generate abusive load, access another account or organization, infringe rights, introduce harmful code, use the service unlawfully, or present output as a professional guarantee. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, data, and operations, subject to mandatory rights.

Venturo, its interface, and protected code belong to [LEGAL ENTITY] or its licensors. Third-party data and services retain their rights and terms. The service may depend on Google Cloud and Vertex AI, Cloudflare, Resend, Esri, optional Mapbox, and browser-provided speech recognition.

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, providers, or events outside our control. The service is provided as available and, to the maximum extent allowed, without implied warranties of accuracy, continuity, or fitness. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to limit.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may update these terms and will request renewed acceptance when a material revision requires it. Governing law and forum must be completed as [GOVERNING LAW AND FORUM].
