We receive account and profile data, confirmed email, protected credentials, legal acceptances, trial requests, settings, workspaces, content sent to the Assistant, technical and security logs, and support communications. We also process the public Vaca Muerta dataset and third-party map data; no fabricated private customer data is used in the public demonstration.

We process data to create and protect accounts, deliver Tier 1 and trials, remember settings, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, meet obligations, and improve reliability. Proposed bases include contract, pre-contract steps, legitimate security and operational interests, legal duties, and consent where applicable. Google Cloud hosts components and Vertex AI may process Assistant requests; Cloudflare delivers the public site and protects traffic; Resend sends transactional email; Esri provides maps; Mapbox may be optional; speech recognition, if enabled, is provided by your browser and its provider. The service may involve international transfers. Argentina currently has European Union adequacy, but onward transfers to providers still require reviewed mechanisms and disclosure. You may request access, export, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion at [email protected]. We may verify identity and record handling. You may complain to Argentina’s AAIP or another competent authority. Venturo is not directed to children.

We publish versions and effective dates. When appropriate, we request renewed acceptance and retain evidence of the accepted version without collecting raw IP or user agent solely for that purpose.
