Cookies and local storage

At launch Venturo uses no advertising cookies or analytics tracking. The public website shares no cookies with app.venturo.energy.

venturo.auth is a host-only, HttpOnly, Secure application-session cookie with SameSite=Lax. It is session-only when “Keep me signed in” is off and has a documented finite persistent lifetime when enabled. venturo.antiforgery is host-only, HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict; it protects mutations against request forgery.

venturo.* keys store dashboard, onboarding, and preference data under an opaque per-account scope. They remain until you clear them or log out; logout removes the current account keys and legacy unscoped formats. They are not used for advertising.

Maps can request imagery from Esri or optional Mapbox. If you enable speech, the browser may send audio or text to its provider under its terms. You can clear browser data in Configuration, log out, clear cookies and local storage in browser settings, or block microphone permission; doing so can require login or setup again.
